Jamie McCabe, RN, BSN, CFO

As the Chief Financial Administrator for over 12 years, Jamie advocates for our clients as well as our employee's financial well-being. Her strengths ensure that every member of the Beach Kids family receives their full benefits through honest and thorough analysis of their financial health.  She draws on her experience as an R.N. to provide a caring approach to many aspects of the clinic’s multiple services. In her free time she can be found hanging out with her family at her children's sporting events. She has even been known to caddy for her son on the golf course when he has tournaments! 


Heather Conklin, Operations Manager

Heather is a vital part of Beach Kids Therapy Center and is responsible for account receivables, insurance, invoicing and so much more. She is always up for any challenge and takes it to the next level with client care- assisting your family with their financial needs. A true advocate with a heart of gold! Heather loves spending time with her daughter, taking long walks on the beach and traveling in her spare time.

Jane Moore, OTR/L, SWC, CLC, CKTP, Clinical Director

Jane brings over 25 years of occupational therapy experience to Beach Kids Therapy Center and serves as the Clinical Director where she oversees the staff, mentorship, and growth of the therapy team. As the feeding program supervisor, she creates and manages the feeding groups. Jane is one of the only certified Vitalstim therapy providers in Orange County and recently became a Certified Lactation Couselor. In addition, she feels privileged to be treating children daily and making a difference in the quality of life for the children she works with, which is her purpose and passion. Jane moved from Seoul, Korea, to NYC when she was just 7 years old and will always consider herself a true big city girl. She is fluent in English and Korean.

Julie Rodriquez, Administrative Supervisor

Julie brings a true sense of caring, compassion and experience into her job each day as the Administrative Supervisor. She is here to guide families through the administrative side of the therapeutic process, paving the way from that initial visit throughout your child’s time at Beach Kids. She thoroughly enjoys working with the staff, children and parents at our clinics and has been with Beach Kids for over 9 years. Julie is a mother to twin daughters, who are currently in college, and a son who is serving in the United States Army. She enjoys reading, relaxing and traveling during her time off from BKTC. Aloha! 


Chris Addison, Administration

Chris brings vast customer service experience within multiple different industries to Beach Kids Therapy. Whether it is retail, Insurance or healthcare, she believes that the personal interaction is the core principle of quality customer service. Chris has also cared directly for Neurodivergent children, and understands that no day is typical. Chris has a helpful, calm demeanor and uses it in her interactions with the client and their families. In her spare time she likes to spend time in nature, watch documentaries and spend every waking moment with her English bulldog, Huckleberry.

Betsy Aasland, MS, OTR/L

Betsy is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years experience working with children and their families. She started Beach Kids Therapy Center after recognizing the need for a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in South Orange County. Her holistic approach to the health and well-being of children is at the heart of her work. Through Beach Kids, Betsy is committed to supporting and educating families in an environment that is safe, inviting and nurturing.
