Heather is a vital part of Beach Kids Therapy Center and is responsible for account receivables, insurance, invoicing and so much more. She is always up for any challenge and takes it to the next level with client care- assisting your family with their financial needs. A true advocate with a heart of gold! Heather loves spending time with her daughter, taking long walks on the beach and traveling in her spare time.
Jane Moore, OTR/L, SWC, CLC, CKTP, Clinical Director

Jane brings over 25 years of occupational therapy experience to Beach Kids Therapy Center and serves as the Clinical Director where she oversees the staff, mentorship, and growth of the therapy team and clinic. In addition to serving in an executive leadership role, Jane also treats infants and children with feeding delays. She is a Certified Vital stim Therapy Provider and Certified Lactation Counselor with extensive experience in treating Dysphagia. Jane moved from Seoul, Korea, to NYC when she was just 7 years old and will always consider herself a true big-city girl. A few of Jane’s hobbies include cooking and entertaining. Jasmine Watson, Reception
Jasmine is a highly valued member of the Beach Kids team. She received her BS in Public Health from Syracuse University before moving back to California. Jasmine has been with Beach Kids for 2 years; she loves interacting and getting to know all the families and clients. In her spare time, she coaches high school and travel softball and enjoys hanging out with friends. We’re so appreciative of all her hard work and dedication.
Chris Addison, Administration

Chris brings vast customer service experience within multiple different industries to Beach Kids Therapy. Whether it is retail, Insurance or healthcare, she believes that the personal interaction is the core principle of quality customer service. Chris has also cared directly for Neurodivergent children, and understands that no day is typical. Chris has a helpful, calm demeanor and uses it in her interactions with the client and their families. In her spare time she likes to spend time in nature, watch documentaries and spend every waking moment with her English bulldog, Huckleberry.
Monica came to Beach Kids with 30 years of combined experience in Administration and Project Management with an emphasis on Customer Service. She loves getting to know our families and assuring the parents that their needs will be met. Outside the clinic, her greatest loves are her husband of 30+ years, her three beautiful daughters, and all of her grandchildren. Monica loves dancing anywhere, anytime, and believes a good sense of humor is God's greatest gift and possibly the key to life.
Shawn is a highly valued member of the Beach Kids team and works tirelessly to ensure our clients and families get the therapy sessions they need. Prior to working here, she spent 15 years as a preschool teacher and is a proud mom to two kids, Kyle and Maddie. Her motto in life is to work hard, play harder, and always show gratitude. When Shawn isn’t in the office, you can find her exercising and running races, playing with her cat, Torch, at the beach, or vacationing in Mexico. She’s never met a doughnut she doesn’t like.
Nicki is our ABA Scheduler here at Beach Kids. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology and is currently working toward her Master of Science in Coaching and Exercise Sciences at Concordia University. Nicki has over 12 years of experience working with a range of people with disabilities and their families. She has worked in a variety of settings, including community and school settings. She has also been a part of adult day programs and worked as a service coordinator at the Regional Center of Orange County for 2 years. Nicki is an invaluable asset to our team and is passionate about helping clients and their families reach their full potential. Outside the office, you can find her coaching softball, spending time with her daughter, or up in Three Rivers relaxing with family.
Billing Specialist, Administration

Dazmyn is our Billing Specialist here at Beach Kids Therapy Center. She has been in the medical billing field since 2019 and loves it! She has a 4-year-old son. She loves to spend time at Disneyland, the zoo, the aquarium and SeaWorld. During the summer you can always catch her and her family at the beach soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. She truly enjoys working for Beach Kids Therapy Center and hopes to continue to grow with this amazing company!
Billing Specialist, Administration
Nicole is a certified medical biller and currently works as our ABA biller. She previously worked as a behavioral technician doing ABA therapy, and now does some of our "behind-the-scenes" work. She earned her bachelor’s degree from CSU Long Beach in Psychology. Nicole loves seeing and meeting the kids here at the clinic and advocating on their behalf to ensure their treatments are covered by insurance. When Nicole isn’t here at work, you’ll find her crocheting and baking sourdough bread for her family and friends.
Hailey is a great asset to the Beach Kids team. She is a University of Oregon Alumni and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services. She is able to talk and connect with all parents and other staff members with her expansive experiences with customer service. Hailey loves being at the front desk and being able to chat and create a great experience for all the families and clients that come into Beach Kids! When Hailey isn't in the office, you can catch her taking long beach walks, trying out new cafes, or spending time with friends and family.
Betsy Aasland, MS, OTR/L

Betsy is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and their families. She started Beach Kids Therapy Center after recognizing the need for a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in South Orange County. Her holistic approach to the health and well-being of children is at the heart of her work. Through Beach Kids, Betsy is committed to supporting and educating families in an environment that is safe, inviting, and nurturing.
Christina Reardon, MLIS
Christina is a native New Yorker who recently transplanted to Southern California. She has a wide range of customer service experience in various sectors and previously worked as a librarian. Being the parent of an autistic daughter, she understands the importance of providing and receiving quality-level care to ensure the continued success of special needs children. She hopes to be a supportive bridge between parents and Beach Kids staff. Outside the office, Christina enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and daughter, eating Brooklyn-style pizza, hiking, camping, and exploring everything California has to offer.
Amy is an experienced bookkeeper with a degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Prior to starting a family, Amy worked in public relations and did bookkeeping for a small business for seven years. She loves the upbeat atmosphere here at Beach Kids, being around all the children, and working with the friendly staff. In her free time, you'll find Amy at her kid's sporting events, at the beach, traveling, or reading.
